A little about ourselves:

Kingsbury Run Field Spaniels are the perfect family companions. Our first priority in our breeding program is temperament. We want Field Spaniels that are loving family members that are a joy to share your life with. We also strive to breed healthy Field Spaniel puppies. We complete all necessary health tests on our girls and strive to find stud owners that do the same. A well bred Field Spaniel pup is easy to get along with and will have just the right blend of fun and playfulness.

Our Field Spaniels are perfect for fetching, swimming, hiking , strolling or cuddling while watching TV. Field Spaniels are ideally suited for competition in the various performance venues that are available. There are Field Spaniels that are obedience trial champions, champion trackers, master hunters and have earned MACHS. Many have also earned titles in barn hunt, lure coursing and are involved in nose work. Also, unlike many other breeds, the average owner-handler find they can show and finish their dog’s championship without the use of a professional handler.

Field Spaniels are midsized spaniels ranging from 37-55 pounds and are about 17-18 inches at the shoulder. Their coats are not as profuse as Cocker Spaniels so it easier to maintain their grooming and upkeep. They have a cheerful and impish personality. While some can be reserve on initial meetings with others, in a short time they can be extremely outgoing and friendly. Field Spaniels do require socialization as puppies and training classes are strongly recommended for all Field Spaniel puppies.
